After receiving your booking information, we will send an e-mail or fax with the payment and bank details.
Once your payment is confirmed we will post your ticket.
※If you haven't received any ticket 10 days after your payment, please contact our office on +81-3-5754-3102.
※Collecting the student tickets, please show your student ID at the Box Office Counter.
※Late reservations: people who reserved their tickets less than 10 days before the concert, these tickets may be held at the Box Office Counter for collection.
※We will respond to any of the bookings made during the weekend on the
following working day.
